The owner does not live in the house all year round, but visits it on weekends, often with friends. That is why there was no need for fancy expensive solutions. It was necessary to create a rustic style that would resemble a rustic setting.

The flat was intended to be rented out, and because of this, the design had to be simple yet sophisticated.
