This two-storey flat, located on one of the higher floors of a newly constructed building, was conceived by merging two smaller units into a singular sophisticated residence. The client — a frequent traveller with a well-defined taste — entrusted us to design an interior reflecting both his cosmopolitan experience and desire for comfort.

We adopted a palette of warm, muted tones and combined the elegance of classic detailing with the clarity of contemporary layout. The open-plan living area on the main level flows seamlessly into a mezzanine zone above, giving the flat a clear vertical movement and a generous spatial feel despite urban constraints.

Emphasising quality and refinement, the project balances bespoke joinery, premium materials and subtle design cues rather than statement decor. The result is an interior that feels both relaxed and sophisticated — a distinguished home for a distinguished lifestyle.
