In this newly constructed apartment of 65 square meters, we created a refined environment that embodies today’s lifestyle: open-plan layout, abundant daylight and thoughtful material choices.

The design emphasises clarity and comfort — streamlined furniture, warm woods, soft textiles and strategic lighting define the zones without the need for heavy partitions. Every element is chosen with purpose: from integrated kitchen appliances to concealed storage, the interior stays visually calm yet deeply functional.

This is not about a flashy trend, but about a home that works now and will remain relevant for years. It is designed to feel effortlessly elegant and genuinely lived-in.
