Our vision of adapting an American loft to a relatively small flat attracted a lot of interest from customers. Here is another high-rise flat that we designed from scratch.
The key design element here is real clay clinker. This is not a plaster imitation of brick, which is sold in ordinary DIY stores, but real brick, which is used to finish the facades of restored buildings. The only difference is that it is thin, only 2 cm thick.

The images were generated by our interior design studio in ArchiCAD and processed by artificial intelligence in 2025.
