Our vision of adapting the American loft style to European apartments continues to evolve. In this project, we transformed a high-rise flat into a sophisticated urban space that balances raw texture with refined comfort.

The key feature is authentic clay clinker brick — not a plaster replica, but real material used for the restoration of historic façades. Each piece carries its own texture and natural imperfections, creating a tactile, timeless surface. Despite its authentic appearance, the panels are only 2 cm thick, making them ideal for residential interiors.

The rest of the space combines industrial geometry with soft, warm accents. Light oak flooring, graphite metal elements, and neutral textiles create a modern, livable atmosphere. Every element — from the lighting layout to furniture selection — was designed to reflect both functionality and emotion.

All visualisations were created in ArchiCAD and post-processed using AI-based tools developed by our studio in 2025.
