In this project, we embraced the challenge of working with a very limited area — a 16 m² flat in a modern building with high ceilings, which allowed us to introduce a mezzanine above the bathroom for an additional sleeping zone.

Our goal was to maximise every centimeter of extremely expensive British property without compromise on comfort or style. We designed a combined lounge-kitchen zone on the lower level and a raised sleeping platform above, making clever use of vertical space and leaving the floor area feeling open and generous.

The style emphasises wood and orange accents (as per client’s brief), creating warmth and character within the compact footprint. This project proves that even the smallest apartments can be thoughtfully designed, highly functional and visually appealing.
