The categories of personal data include: first name, surname, address, telephone number, email address, and, in the case of opting for invoicing to a company: the name of the entrepreneur including the company (name) and the name of the owner, registered office address, address of branches, NIP No., email address, telephone number, number assigned in the IT system, IP address.
You have the right of access to your data and the right to request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing. To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on the premise of a legitimate interest of the controller, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is consent, you have the right to withdraw consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
To the extent that your data are processed for the purpose of concluding and performing a contract or processed on the basis of consent – you also have the right to data portability, i.e. to receive your personal data from the controller, in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format. You may send this data to another controller.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
