The Artist’s ascetic flat

The ascetic flat of our artist friend in an old townhouse from the 1950s. The room is used for creative work, so the requirement was to use an achromatic colour scheme that can be diluted with furniture.

The ascetic flat of our artist friend in an old townhouse from the 1950s. The room is used for creative work, so the requirement was to use an achromatic colour scheme that can be diluted with furniture. The challenge was to reconcile the ascetic atmosphere of the mid-1950s with modernity.

Despite the apparent simplicity of the interior, the modern, expensive doors do not catch the eye and shape the overall atmosphere of the room. The interior uses colourful, transparent furniture that echoes the objects of Philippe Starck and Werner Panton.

Let’s design together

Many people have a craving for design in early childhood, when a child collects cubes and tries to build some figure from them. A real designer is a person who has not lost his or her love for creativity and creation. That is why we pass this skill on to our clients as best we can.
